How do I secure my booking? Booking is secured once immediate payment (ETF) is received. Deposit of 10% (for bookings over R8000) or 20% (for bookings under R8000) is required if booking a date more than 30 days away. 30 days before the arrival date the rest of the amount must be paid. When booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, full amount must be paid in a single installment.
What is the cancellation policy? You receive full refund if booking is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
Does the owner stay at the property? Yes, the owner stays at the property, regardless of the number of suites booked. He respects your privacy. His room is located far away from Canama room downstairs. Other 4 suites are located upstairs and are only for guests.
Can I bring my pet? You can brings your pets if you book the house (5 suites). If you book a suite or suites, you cannot bring a pet as other suites can be booked by other guests. Let us know what is the breed of your pet before paying for your booking.
Can I view the property before booking? You are welcome to view before booking. You can view in person or ask a family member or a friend.
